Balbin AI Works ("I", "me") operates ai.isaacbalbin.com. This policy explains how I handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
When you submit the contact form, I collect the information you provide: your name, business name (optional), email address, and the details of your enquiry. The site does not require accounts and does not collect payment details.
I use your information to respond to your enquiry, provide services you request, and occasionally follow up about work we have discussed. I do not sell personal information, and I do not add you to marketing lists without asking first.
Form submissions are processed by Netlify (the platform hosting this site) and delivered to my email. Both providers may store data on servers outside Australia. I retain enquiry information only as long as reasonably needed.
This site may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate visitor behaviour (pages visited, referral sources). Where analytics tools are used, data is aggregated and not used to identify individuals.
If we work together, we will agree explicitly on which business information is shared with which AI tools, and under what settings, before anything is configured. I recommend and configure business-grade accounts with appropriate data-handling controls.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing me. If you have a concern about how your information has been handled, contact me first; you may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
